The words you choose to describe your business, what makes you special, and your ideal client matter.

Seems obvious right?

Yet how many of us take the time to really give this vital aspect of our business true consideration?

The words you choose not only represent who you are, attract your tribe and simplify the referral process...they also are you when you're not around.

If your product, services, benefits and client outcomes are a struggle for you to articulate, how easy it for others to communicate about you, on your behalf?

How consistent is your message? How simple is it for referrals to find you? How well qualified are they by the time the reach you?
